Position Title: Sales Representative

Salary: 20,000 - 30,000 PHP monthly + commission and incentives

Reports To: Client, Client Advisor

Primary Relationship: Client Team

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally
  • Prepare accurate and comprehensive quotations and visuals for customers based on their requirements, offering additional products with the view to upsell and cross at every opportunity
  • Collaborate with the BDR team to ensure a smooth transition of leads/customers and provide all relevant information for follow-up
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the quotation and artwork process, including correct item quoting, supplier selection, and appropriate markup
  • Continuously update and maintain product and supplier knowledge, staying informed about pricing, bestselling products, upcoming events and changes in offerings
  • Monitor and track quotation metrics, including the number of leads quoted and the quality of quotes, to meet or exceed targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, procurement, and marketing, to gather necessary information to maximise the potential on every lead


  • Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in a related industry
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple quotations simultaneously
  • Proficient in using quotation and CRM software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking to ensure accurate pricing and markup
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of urgency to meet customer needs and achieve targets (see targets below)


  • Number of leads pulled and quoted

  • Quality of quotations accurate pricing and markup, selected product and supplier based on customer requirements, customer visual, additional price breaks and products offered based on customer requirements
