Position Title: Bilingual German Speaker

Classification: Associate

Salary Grade: PHP 70,000 - PHP 100,000 a month

Reports To: Client, Account Manager

Primary Relationships: Client Team

Date: December 2022

Schedule: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (German Time)

Responsibilities:

• Arrange appointments with customers for our branch in Dresden/Germany

• Correct processing of the customer mask in the Dialfire program

• Forward daily reports to the client on a daily basis

• Communicates with customers through various channels; chat emails & phone

• Provides comprehensive and professional customer support to ensure customer satisfaction

• Keeps records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints

• Communicates and coordinates with colleagues as necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree holder in any field or equivalent.

• Fluent speaking in German language and good communication skills

• Able to work under pressure and be confident in answering a wide range of customer inquiries

• Call Center experience is a plus

• General computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel)

• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively

• Excellent written and verbal skills as well as high interpersonal skill level

• A flexible, creative, and driven personality
