Quick Rundown:
We are seeking a Training and Development Specialist to oversee the Client Readiness Training (CRT) process, facilitate onboarding and in-house training, and develop training materials, including e-learning content. The role involves tracking new hire progress, conducting training needs analyses, and evaluating training effectiveness.
What Youll Do:
- Oversee the Client Readiness Training (CRT) Process
Enroll new hires in courses under CRT through LMS
Facilitate training related to CRT
Assist new hires with CRT course concerns
Coach new hires during the CRT period
Track new hires progress in CRT
Maintain and update CRT Course bank
Facilitate onboarding training for selected accounts
Conduct Training Needs Analysis
Facilitate In-house Training
Develop and update new and existing courses, modules, and materials
Produce E-Learning Materials through SCORM Authoring tools
Assess the efficiency of training and development initiatives, and adjust or propose modifications to instructional objectives and methods
Perform other ADHOC duties assigned by the TND Manager
What Were Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, or any related field Master's degree is a plus
Deep knowledge of the Promotional Items industry
Proven experience as a Trainer or a similar role
Familiarity with course development, training modules, and materials creation
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing needs

Ability to assess needs and develop training solutions
