Position Title: Junior Content Writer

Salary Grade: 25,000 - 35,000 Pesos / month

Reports To: Manager

Primary Relationships: Internal Team

Date: March 2023

Schedule: 7AM - 4PM PHT

Responsibilities:

Research and write industry-related to Branding and Marketing (combining social media platforms IG, FB, TIKTOK, LINKEDIN, PINTEREST, TWITTER)
Write clear branding copy to promote Clark Outsourcing System
Write and edit blog posts, social media captions, internal management announcements and submit them to the Brand Manager for input and approval.
Coordinate with the brand manager, graphic designer, and web developer to illustrate write topics.
Conduct simple keyword research using hashtags for SEO purposes.
Able to schedule social media content.
Identify gaps and needs in our content and recommend new, viral or trendy topics.
Ensure all-around consistency in writing style, fonts, and tone of voice.
Update website content as needed.

Requirements:

BS in Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field.
Proven work experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role.
Social Media Unicorn (IG, FB, TIKTOK, PINTEREST, TWITTER)
Portfolio of your (IG, FB, TWITTER), published articles or blog.
Experience doing content research using the web and social media platforms.
Excellent English writing and editing skills.
Basic Canva skills, Basic-advanced skills in Grammarly.
Familiarity with Later, Planoly, or any scheduling tools advantage but not necessary.
Understanding basic Social Media algorithms is advantageous but not necessary.
Can work under minimal supervision.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented with great initiative.
Team player and high sense of work ownership.
Ability to adapt to fast-changing updates on social media platforms.
