Position Title: Mandarin Speaking Virtual Assistant

Salary Grade: 

Reports To: Client, Client Advisor

Primary Relationships: Client Team

Date: July 2023

Schedule : 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM PHT

Responsibilities:

  • CRM and database management

  • Load and/or update listings from various real estate websites/portals

  • Create agreement forms, documents, and contracts

  • Process maintenance work orders

  • Conduct prospecting and lead generation

  • Perform bookkeeping tasks

  • Conduct bank reconciliations

  • Perform daily/weekly/monthly receipt

  • Handle invoicing tasks

  • Process bank feeds and manage bank statements

  • Conduct research and data entry

  • Perform general administrative work

Qualifications:

  • Must be fluent in Mandarin and English

  • Proficient in office administration skills

  • Virtual assistant experience is a plus

  • Basic accounting/bookkeeping experience is a plus

  • Real estate administrative experience is a plus

  • High attention to detail

  • Efficient, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision

  • Computer savvy

  • Team player and problem solver

  • Honest, punctual, and reliable

  • Positive attitude and ability to take criticisms objectively

  • Confident and assertive
