Position Title: Google Marketing Specialist
Salary: 30,000 - 50,000 PHP a month
Reports To: Partner, Partner Team

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective digital advertising strategies and campaigns for clients, encompassing paid search (PPC), display advertising, social media advertising, and other digital channels
Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign optimization Craft compelling and engaging ad copy and visual assets that align with client objectives and target audience
Set up, monitor, and manage digital advertising campaigns utilizing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools
Continuously analyze campaign performance metrics, including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization
Conduct A/B testing of ad variations and landing pages to enhance campaign performance and drive higher conversion rates
Monitor and analyze website analytics data to pinpoint areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance user experience and drive conversions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative designers, copywriters, and account managers, to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital advertising efforts
Remain abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital advertising technologies to drive innovation and improve campaign performance
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field 1-3 years of relevant experience in digital advertising, preferably in an agency environment
Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams
Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital advertising campaigns, including paid search, display, and social media advertising Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
Familiarity with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics
Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
A passion for digital advertising and a drive to stay ahead of industry trends and developments
