Position Title: Finance Admin Staff 

Salary: 20,000 - 20,000 PHP monthly

Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor

Primary Relationships: Partner Staff

Date: March 2023

Schedule: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM PHT

Background:

Work within a team under the guidance of the Australian Finance Team Leader and Group Finance Director to ensure timely and accurate reporting, focusing on customer deliveries and supplier shipments.

Serve as an Admin Assistant for our Group of Companies, adhering to a main working schedule of 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM Philippines time with flexibility as per business requirements.



Responsibilities:

  • Chase, record, and reconcile Proof of Delivery (POD) / Delivery Notes, and Delivery Confirmations

  • Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Assist Finance Leader/Managers as required

  • Organizational skills to manage tasks effectively.

  • Attention to detail to ensure precision in data entry and coding.

  • Ability to liaise effectively with other team members.

  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Good interpersonal skills for collaborative work environments.

  • Familiarity with computer systems and complex databases.

  • Strong numeracy skills for financial calculations.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
