Work Set Up: On-Site

Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Digitizer to support our promotional branding production team. This role is responsible for creating accurate, high-quality embroidery files and artwork proofs based on client specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both vector artwork and embroidery digitizing specific to apparel and promotional products.

What You’ll Do:

• Embroidery/Digitizing

  • Convert vector artwork into digitized embroidery files using software such as Wilcom, Pulse, or equivalent

  • Ensure stitch counts, thread paths, and file formats meet production standards

  • Adjust files to account for fabric type, thread tension, and embroidery placement

  • Conduct test runs or simulations to ensure file accuracy and quality

  • Provide embroidery proofs/mockups for client review

• Artwork Creation

  • Create and modify vector-based artwork using CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, or similar

  • Generate print-ready and embroidery-ready proofs according to product templates

  • Maintain brand consistency and accuracy across various artwork versions

  • Work from client-supplied logos, product specs, and campaign concepts

• Collaboration & Quality Control

  • Collaborate with customer service and sales teams to ensure design expectations are met

  • Revise artwork based on client feedback and internal review

  • Maintain organized records of files, templates, and version control

  • Perform pre-production checks to ensure artwork meets production requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in embroidery digitizing and artwork production

• Proficient in Wilcom (or other digitizing software), CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator

• Knowledge of embroidery processes, machine types, fabric behaviors, and thread specifications

• Understanding of vector file formats, print specs, and design best practices

• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet tight deadlines

• Experience in the promotional products or apparel decoration industry is a strong advantage

• Excellent communication and teamwork

• Ability to manage multiple artwork revisions and tasks simultaneously

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Quality-driven with a passion for branding and visual consistency
