Real Estate Financial Controller

Position Title: Real Estate Financial Controller

Salary Grade: 75,000 - 100,000 Peso / month

Reports To: Account Manager, Manager

Primary Relationships: Client, Client Team

Date: January 2023

Schedule: 9:00 PM TO 6:00 AM PH Time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accountant will compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to general ledger accounts Handle month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing activities

• Reconcile all General Ledger accounts for accuracy

• Perform daily bank reconciliation on assigned accounts

• Prepare balance sheet, profit and loss statement and other reports to summarize current and projected company financial position
• Prepare reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to monthly close process Establish, modify, document, and coordinate the implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures Ad-hoc reporting Special Real Estate projects as needed
• Handle accounting and books for additional businesses Implement and improve systems to track expenses and other office processes

Requirements:

• Excel skills are a must.
• Proficient in Quickbooks and Appfolio Organized.

• Public accounting would be a plus Excellent English communication skills
• At least 3 years experience as a financial controller or equivalent
• Experience or working knowledge with U.S. tax accounting
