Position Title: Intake Customer Specialist/Customer Care Specialist
Salary: 25,000 - 28,000 a month
Reports To: Client & Client Advisor
Primary Relationships: Client Team
Date: March 2023
Schedule: 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM PHT
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls
- Provide a high level of service
- Ensure quality satisfaction
- Offer products and service to existing customers
- Display polite and professional communication via phone, text, and email
- Manage product / service inquiries by clarifying customers requests
- Recommend potential products, service, or solutions to problems
- Assists with the general placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
- Read from scripts and adopt your own tone to enhance the customer experience
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and activities
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree holder in any field
- A minimum of 1-2 years as a Customer Service Representative
- Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
- Good time management and task management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficient computer and technical skills
- Able to demonstrate initiative
- Attention to details
