Mechanical Engineer

Position Title: Mechanical Engineer

Classification: Associate

Salary: 22,000 - 25,000 a month

Reports To: Client, Account Manager

Primary Relationships: Client Team

Date: January 2023

Schedule: 10AM - 7PM PHT

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for taking off mechanical plans (ventilation, heating, domestics and drainage).
• Will be involved in a project from the start, preparing estimates and quotations.
• Prepare tender and contract document, including bill of quantities with the planning and design team
• Reads specifications and applies corresponding materials to the BOQ.
• Responsible for allowing layouts if certain services are not provided.
• Provide a detailed take off of the pipe and duct fittings.



Requirements:

• At least 1 year experience in construction industry
• College degree with Mechanical engineering (license and degree not a requirement but
  preferred)
• Familiar with Bluebeam
• Must know how to interpret plans and specification
• With good communication and comprehension skills
• Strong Attention to details
