Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Recruiter with Business Development Expertise to join our team in the fast-paced field of US Healthcare. This role requires a unique blend of recruitment and business development skills to drive talent acquisition while building strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top healthcare professionals while contributing to the growth and success of our healthcare team.


What Youll Do:

  • Business Development:
    • Proactively identify new opportunities for sourcing top talent in the US healthcare market

    • Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to create a pipeline of candidates and potential clients

    • Develop and execute outreach strategies, including cold-calling, networking, and leveraging online platforms, to expand recruitment channels

    • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the companys value proposition to potential candidates and partners

  • Candidate Sourcing:
    • Use creative and innovative sourcing methods to identify high-quality candidates for healthcare roles

    • Partner with hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of role requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly

  • Candidate Screening & Selection:
    • Conduct in-depth candidate interviews, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit

    • Provide insightful recommendations to hiring managers based on candidate evaluations

  • Strategic Communication:
    • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, fostering trust and ensuring a positive recruitment experience

    • Handle negotiations regarding offers, salaries, and other terms to close placements effectively

    • Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on recruitment progress

  • Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking:
    • Address recruitment challenges with creative and strategic solutions

    • Analyze market trends and adapt strategies to stay competitive in talent acquisition

  • Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to align recruitment strategies with business goals

    • Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement

What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sales or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment or sales, preferably within the US

  • Proven ability to develop and nurture relationships in a business or recruiting context

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills; fearless in making calls and initiating conversations

  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities

  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  • A proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
