Position Title: Virtual Assistant w/ Marketing Experience
Salary: 35,000 to 40,000 PHP per Month
Reports To: Client, Client Advisor
Primary Relationship: Client Team
Date: August 2023
Schedule: 12:00 AM TO 9:00 AM PH Time
Responsibilities:
Accounts Management:
Handle basic accounts receivable/payable and bookkeeping tasks
Process invoices, payments, and reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner
Maintain financial records, track expenses, and generate reports as needed
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial data
Email Communication:
Monitor and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
Prioritize emails, categorize them appropriately, and escalate urgent matters to the appropriate parties
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely
Appointment Scheduling:
Manage the scheduling of appointments using the designated scheduling system
Coordinate with relevant parties to schedule and confirm appointments
Maintain an organized and up-to-date schedule, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative assistance to the team as needed
Assist in organizing and maintaining documents and files
Handle data entry tasks and maintain accurate records
Marketing Support (a plus):
Assist with marketing tasks such as social media management, content creation, or marketing campaign coordination
Conduct market research and assist in analyzing marketing data
Support the marketing team with any other relevant marketing initiatives
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; College degree or relevant certification is preferred
Minimum 1 year experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role is highly desirable
Marketing experience is a plus and will be valued in this role
Proficient in using various software tools and platforms, including Microsoft Office Google Suite and email management
Strong computer skills and the ability to adapt to new software and systems quickly
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Familiarity with bookkeeping or basic accounting principles is a plus
