Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. This role requires a designer with a strong foundation in Adobe Creative Suite and experience in a commercial design setting.


What Youll Do:

  • Work independently and with the Design Manager on high-level design projects, consistently delivering visuals that meet brand standards and deadlines

  • Develop customized presentations using Photoshop and PowerPoint to support client proposals and communications

  • Prepare print-ready artwork for all completed design projects, ensuring compatibility with printers' specifications

  • Typeset and set up artwork using templates for efficient project execution

  • Assist the E-Commerce team by preparing web-ready images according to specific file requirements (including image manipulation for recoloring, cleaning, and adjustment curves)

  • Convert JPEG or PNG artwork into vectored files as needed

  • Create clothing print and embroidery proofs, ensuring correct sizing and placement

  • Develop bespoke designs for products and packaging, adhering to client requirements

  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to produce social media assets, flyers, and catalogs

  • Create high-quality lifestyle imagery of products in realistic settings

  • Manage daily requests in the team mailbox, including delegating tasks to ensure timely completion


What We're Looking For:


  • A keen eye for detail with the ability to self-check work and make adjustments as necessary

  • Openness to constructive feedback with a focus on continuous improvement

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to prioritize under pressure

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • A flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing project requirements

  • A relevant qualification in graphic design or a related field

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly in Photoshop (essential), Illustrator, and InDesign

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office, especially Word and PowerPoint, for supporting design projects

  • Proven experience in designing for commercial print media, including setting up files for production

  • Ability to generate unique, creative design ideas and tailor them to various products and formats

  • Previous experience as a designer in a commercial setting (in-house or agency, not exclusively freelance)

  • Strong understanding of composition, layout, typography, color theory, and current design trends

  • Confidence in leading projects independently, from concept to final execution
