Position Title: Sales Manager

Salary Grade: 40,000 - 55,000 PHP a month

Reports To: Manager

Primary Relationships: Internal Team

Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a dynamic sales lead generation team to achieve and exceed targets for lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth

  • Utilize cold calling and sales expertise to identify and engage potential leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel to conversion

  • Demonstrate a high level of tech-savviness to effectively manage and optimize lead generation tools, CRM systems, dialers, and other sales-related technologies

  • Oversee the development and implementation of effective lead generation strategies, including outbound calling campaigns, email outreach, and other innovative approaches

  • Analyze and interpret reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary adjustments to achieve objectives

  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals and strategies

  • Provide continuous coaching, training, and mentorship to team members to enhance their cold calling, sales, and technical skills

  • Foster a positive and motivated team culture that encourages creativity, collaboration, and a results-driven mindset

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales lead generation role, with a successful track record of achieving and exceeding targets

  • Strong proficiency in using CRM systems, dialer software, and other sales-related technologies

  • Prior experience in a managerial or team leadership role is required

  • Exceptional cold calling and sales skills, with the ability to coach and mentor team members to excel in these areas

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, generate insights, and optimize lead generation strategies

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong managerial experience, demonstrating the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team

  • Exceptional cold calling skills, with the ability to establish rapport, overcome objections, and effectively communicate value propositions

  • Tech-savvy, proficient in utilizing CRM systems, dialer software, and other sales tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize lead generation strategies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaboration across teams and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
