Position Title: Sales Manager
Salary Grade: 40,000 - 55,000 PHP a month
Reports To: Manager
Primary Relationships: Internal Team

Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a dynamic sales lead generation team to achieve and exceed targets for lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
Utilize cold calling and sales expertise to identify and engage potential leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel to conversion
Demonstrate a high level of tech-savviness to effectively manage and optimize lead generation tools, CRM systems, dialers, and other sales-related technologies
Oversee the development and implementation of effective lead generation strategies, including outbound calling campaigns, email outreach, and other innovative approaches
Analyze and interpret reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary adjustments to achieve objectives
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business goals and strategies
Provide continuous coaching, training, and mentorship to team members to enhance their cold calling, sales, and technical skills
Foster a positive and motivated team culture that encourages creativity, collaboration, and a results-driven mindset
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
5+ years of experience in a sales lead generation role, with a successful track record of achieving and exceeding targets
Strong proficiency in using CRM systems, dialer software, and other sales-related technologies
Prior experience in a managerial or team leadership role is required
Exceptional cold calling and sales skills, with the ability to coach and mentor team members to excel in these areas
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, generate insights, and optimize lead generation strategies
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong managerial experience, demonstrating the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
Exceptional cold calling skills, with the ability to establish rapport, overcome objections, and effectively communicate value propositions
Tech-savvy, proficient in utilizing CRM systems, dialer software, and other sales tools to streamline processes and enhance productivity
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize lead generation strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering collaboration across teams and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
