Position Title: Customer Care Specialist

Schedule: 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Care Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of a U.S.-based home healthcare provider. This role is perfect for someone with experience in customer service, scheduling, and virtual assistant supportparticularly in healthcare or service-based businesses. You will play a critical role in ensuring clients receive prompt and compassionate service, caregivers are scheduled appropriately, and internal operations run smoothly.

What Youll Do:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client and caregiver inquiries

  • Schedule caregivers for patient visits and adjust assignments as needed

  • Communicate with caregivers, clients, and office staff to confirm availability, resolve issues, and ensure care continuity

  • Update schedules in real-time using the agencys scheduling software

  • Follow up on client satisfaction and service delivery concerns

  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, file management, and documentation

  • Assist with timesheet tracking, attendance monitoring, and shift updates

  • Ensure compliance with client care plans and scheduling protocols

  • Manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion

  • Support recruitment and onboarding efforts as needed (e.g., checking references, scheduling interviews)



What Were Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Customer Support Specialist

  • Prior experience in scheduling, administrative support, or healthcare-related work

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, or CRM/Scheduling platforms

  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently during US hours

  • Strong customer service mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and professionally

  • Experience working with a U.S.-based home health agency
  • Familiarity with caregiver scheduling systems
  • Background in HR, recruitment, or sales support
  • Basic understanding of HIPAA or data privacy regulations
