Quick Rundown:
We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to drive business growth by managing outreach strategies, generating leads, and optimizing sales opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills, data analysis, and independent campaign management.
What You'll Do:
Manage end-to-end lead generation, including research, outreach, and qualification.
Execute targeted email campaigns and track lead performance.
Qualify prospects through meaningful conversations and discovery.
Maintain a dynamic database of leads and provide accurate reports.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop proposals.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
1-2 years of lead generation or outbound sales experience (2-5 years preferred).
Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and email marketing platforms.
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
