Position Title: Structural Engineer

Salary: 80,000 - 95,000 PHP monthly

Reports To: Client, Client Advisor

Primary Relationship: Client Team

Date: April 2023

Schedule: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM PHT

Responsibilities:

Perform structural design for residential buildings in compliance with Montana state regulations and requirements
Must have the capability of obtaining Montana state stamp for all designs
Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure successful completion of projects
Keep organized notes and records of all design work
Utilize Chief Architect program to streamline design process and ensure accuracy
Research and stay up-to-date on Montana's specific structural requirements for residential buildings, including materials availability and heavy snow loads
Collaborate with team members to ensure designs meet client needs and are completed within project timelines
Attend meetings and consultations with clients as needed

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field assessed by the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying NCEES
Montana state stamp for structural design for residential buildings (or ability to obtain)
Has worked under a Professional Engineer (PE) for 4 years
2+ years of experience in structural design for residential buildings, with knowledge of Montana's specific regulations and requirements is preferred
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to keep detailed records and notes
Proficiency in CAD software (ideally Chief Architect) and ability to quickly learn new software as needed
