Paralegal

Position Title: Paralegal

Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 PHP monthly

Reports To: Client, Client Advisor

Primary Relationship: Client Team

Date: May 2023

Schedule: 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM PH Time

Responsibilities:

• Act as a project manager, ensuring the timely delivery of department tasks

• Manage client relationships by assessing their needs and providing exceptional service

• Support the Head of the Department in various administrative tasks

• Oversee client invoicing and billed services to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Perform sanity checks and conduct contractual reviews to identify any potential issues or risks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or higher degree in law

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a paralegal or in a similar role

• Basic knowledge of crypto space

• Ability to work under pressure with short deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

• Native or fluent level of English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in at least one of the official languages of Switzerland (German, French, Italian)
