Position Title: Sales Team Lead

Classification: Associate

Salary: 30,000-50,000 PHP Monthly

Reports To: Accounts Manager & Client

Primary Relationships: Client Team

Date: February 2023

Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PHT

Responsibilities:

• Set and meet weekly and monthly team goals
• Create scorecards to improve agents performance
• Listens to phone conversations and provides coaching accordingly
• Leading the team, Outbound and Inbound. Encourage the rest of the group both in attitude and in work ethic.
• Someone who is calm with a can-do outlook even in the middle of adversity.
• Strong Management Skills are a Team-Leader must. The job centers heavily around coordinating teams and dealing with Clients.
• Can respond directly to customers who need assistance
• Conducts team evaluations and recommendations
• Improve overall department organization efficiency and performance by identifying opportunities to enhance internal processes.
• Create different reports to communicate the teams performance
• Train new hires

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree holder in any field is required
• Someone who is Tech-Savvy
• Strong Sales background is preferred
• Has experience in handling Inbound Calls
• Seasoned in Outbound Sales
• Team Player
• Amenable to Shifting Schedule
• Bachelors Degree holder or with at least a minimum of 5 solid years of experience as a Team Leader
• Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person.
