Position Title: Hosting Technical Support Representative (Urgent Onsite)

Classification: Associate

Salary Grade: PHP 30,000 - PHP 40,000 a month

Reports To: Client, Account Manager

Primary Relationships: Client Team

Date: November 2022

Schedule: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (PHT)

Responsibility:

This role will provide prompt and competent customer service while troubleshooting a variety of issues related to websites, ftp, email, databases, etc. Monitor and upkeep server performance and assist customers with account setup and maintenance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree holder or equivalent experience in the BPO Industry
  • At least 1 year experience in the web hosting industry using cPanel/WHM.
  • Understanding of the different types of web hosting (shared, reseller, dedicated and VPS).
  • Experience with support tools such as WHMCS, Livechatinc, Hostbillapp (preferred but not required).
  • Knowledge of tools such as WordPress, Joomla & Drupal (preferred but not required)
  • Experience fixing issues such as email problems, DNS, FTP.
