Position Title: BIM Modeler Intern

Allowance: 300PHP - 350PHP per day

Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor

Primary Relationships: Partner Staff

Schedule: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM PHT


We are currently seeking interns to join our BIM team as BIM Modelers. This internship provides an excellent opportunity for individuals pursuing a career in architecture, engineering, or construction to gain hands-on experience with BIM software and methodologies. The successful candidates will work closely with our experienced BIM team members to create, manage, and analyze digital representations of building projects. Internships will last a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months, with the possibility of shortening for exceptional candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project teams to understand project requirements and objectives.

  • Assist in the creation and development of detailed 3D models using BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, etc.).

  • Ensure models comply with industry standards, project specifications, and client requirements.

  • Participate in clash detection and resolution processes to identify and resolve conflicts within the model.

  • Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including drawings, schedules, and reports.

  • Contribute to the coordination and integration of various disciplines' models (architecture, structure, MEPF, etc.).

  • Support the BIM team in implementing best practices and standards for BIM workflows.

  • Stay updated on the latest advancements and trends in BIM technology and methodologies.




Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., architecture, engineering, construction management, etc.).

  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar.

  • Basic understanding of architectural, structural, and MEPF systems.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude towards professional development.
