Position Title: IT System Administrator

Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor

Primary Relationships: Partner Staff

Schedule: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PHT



Responsibilities:

  • Lead discussions around application configuration options, issues, break fixes and 

    proposed resolutions.
  • Participate in discussions to articulate and/or understand business problems and 

    workable solutions.
  • Create and contribute to a safe working and sharing environment that encourages team 

    member participation.
  • Ability to listen, learn and integrate multiple perspectives into solutions.

  • Ability to triage tickets; work with business to understand the issue, the business impact 

    and derive a priority as well as an escalation path for resolution.
  • Work through the backlog of system tickets in priority order to meet targeted SLAs to 

    business.
  • Possesses and/or develops techno-functional knowledge and expertise of assigned 

    business systems.
  • Synthesize business problems with technological opportunities for solutioning.

  • Work as a team member in an agile process to configure or develop objects in assigned 

    systems.
  • Refine stories with scrum and Kanban teams to ensure understanding of value to be 

    delivered.
  • Develop testing plan to ensure configuration meets business expectations without 

    breaking pre-existing functionality.
  • Review completed work with the product and business, train users, obtain feedback for future enhancement.

  • Manage vendor engagements as needed to resolve obtain contracted assistance and 

    ensure Clients needs are met.
  • Keep up with current trends and enhancements in the systems assigned that may add 

    value to Client
  • Look for and propose opportunities for Client where assigned system may be used in 

    novel ways to competitively differentiate or accelerate Clients growth, market share and/or margins.


Qualifications:

  • Level 1 0 to 2 years of experience in at least one core system

  • Level 2 3 to 5 years of experience in at least two core systems

  • Share knowledge of assigned systems with IT team

  • Explain to IT team members options available to solve business problems

  • Level 3 - 5 + years of experience in at least 3 core systems

  • Drive backlog development of system enhancements to further ATC efficiency

  • Coach and cross train other IT team members on administration of assigned systems

  • Complete technical enhancements with coaching or vendor assistance

  • Level 4 - 10+ years of experience in 3 or more core technologies

  • Provide functional expertise to product team, implement and drive change in assigned

  • systems

  • Drive and complete technical enhancements in assigned system
