Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls
  • Provide a high level of service
  • Ensure quality satisfaction
  • Offer products and service to existing customers
  • Display polite and professional communication via phone, text, and email
  • Manage product / service inquiries by clarifying customers requests
  • Recommend potential products, service, or solutions to problems
  • Assists with the general placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges
  • Read from scripts and adopt your own tone to enhance the customer experience
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder in any field
  • A minimum of 1-2 years as a Customer Service Representative
  • Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
  • Good time management and task management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
  • Solid analytical and problem solving skills
  • Proficient computer and technical skills
  • Able to demonstrate initiative
  • Attention to detail
