Position Tile: Marketing Virtual Assistant

Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 a month

The duties of a Marketing Virtual Assistant include performing administrative tasks, conducting market research, updating databases, and writing content for the company social media site and web page.


  • Analytic Data Reporting for Social Media

  • Marketing Data Entry

  • Research

  • Build out needed Project Management Platforms

  • Create shipments with fulfillment centers/provide carton/pallet labels

  • Create Transparency codes and provide to suppliers

  • Shipment reconciliation with Amazon/request reimbursements

  • Assist with e-commerce management including, auditing and reviewing Walmart and Amazon listing issues

  • Manage caselogs for all marketplaces

  • Create cases and appeal w/ Seller Support for all marketplaces

  • Assist with managing various programs

  • Report sellers for infringement/policy violations

  • Manage workflow and ensure that deadlines are met and work is completed.

  • Write and distribute professional communication, such as email

  • Maintain a proper virtual filing system and organization of resources, companies, orders

  • Help maintain vendor/contact lists for the shipping, research and development, sourcing, etc.

  • Administrate/assist with sourcing, testing, shipping and manufacturing of products

  • Develop relationships with the manufacturers and shippingdepartments. Maintain a contact database, track all the individuals, roles, all pertinent info.

  • Collaborate with the development team to source products parts/whole


  • Highly detail-oriented

  • Expert in Google Suite ( google spreadsheet & google drive)

  • Has a strong math background

  • Knowledge of & Slack platforms

  • Expert in creating Social Media Content

  • Possesses a positive attitude that contributes to a peaceful, productive, and cohesive work environment

  • Highly proficient in MS Office and Google Suites, including spreadsheets

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

  • Ability to type minimum 45 WPM

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position and work in front of a computer screen for extended periods of time

  • Daily responsibilities include repetitive motions, such as typing, that may involve wrists, hands, or fingers

  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills

  • Forward, analytical thinker with the ability to strategically plan and execute various deliverables

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, responsibility, resourcefulness, and self-starter

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
