Schedule: 9:00 AM- 6:00 PM


The Social Media Executive will oversee the companys social media channels as well as the brand image and interactions with the public across all online platforms, listings websites and review sites. They will act as the steward and voice of the brand. Their main responsibilities include developing relevant and up-to-date content that escalates the companys services and ongoing coordination of social media messaging with the marketing department and quarterly company goals. They bring the brand persona to life and ensure a positive experience for fans, followers, and customers.


  • Create social media copies that are sharp, memorable, and effective at prompting readers to take action.
  • Collaborating with Videographers and Multimedia Designers to ensure that posts are engaging.
  • Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
  • Ongoing community management including but not limited to responding to comments, social media posts, and private messages.
  • Management of FAQs and responses on all online communities, ensuring compliance to agreed brand tone and language.
  • Plot unique and creative content ideas on the monthly Content Calendar

  • Create monthly / quarterly / annual reports and reviews by providing data and insights of all social media platforms.
  • Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
  • Continuously brainstorm and implement creative ways to improve our social media presence.
  • Maintaining a secure database of all login credentials.

  • Remaining abreast of changes to all pertinent social media applications.

  • Exploring the potential value of social media sites that are not yet in our repertoire.
  • Stay up to date with pop culture, trends, creative communities and new technologies.


  • Degree in marketing, communication studies, journalism, creative writing, or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Experience as a social media executive or a similar position.

  • Keen eye for details.

  • Passion for social media and digital marketing, including knowledge of the latest technology.
  • A creative mind that can be able to add ideas to form a campaign concept with the team.
  • Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithms.
  • Flexible, catchy, and engaging writing style.

  • Strong ability to meet deadlines whilst maintaining quality of work.

  • Demonstrate ability to understand and manage the engagement metrics and KPIs.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask with minimal supervision.

  • Clear understanding of engagement elements across social media.

  • Good knowledge of social media scheduling platforms such as Planable, Social Pilot, etc.
  • Strong solution-oriented mindset.

  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize concepts throughout various forms of outreach.
