E-commerce Analyst

Position Title: E-commerce Analyst

Classification: Associate

Salary: 55,000 - 65,000 Php monthly

Reports To: Accounts Manager & Client

Primary Relationships: Client Team

Date: February 2023

Schedule: 3PM to 12AM PHT

Background:

Working as part of the digital team, were looking for a talented individual to monitor and report on all ecommerce data across the business. Your aim will be to identify areas in which we can make changes and improve. From web traffic and customer data, to conversions and product profitability, we expect you to bring value to our digital, sales, operations and finance teams. The actionable insights you produce will help the business increase its bottom line. Whether your background is in SEO, CRO or another area of ecommerce, were looking for someone who has an eye for data, with the ability to spot trends and opportunities that can be clearly visualized and communicated to stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Presenting analysis to inform our ecommerce strategy

• Developing our data capture activities

• Helping to manage and develop our proprietary intelligence software

• Tracking and reporting on all digital acquisition channels

• Creating competitor analysis

• Monitoring and reporting on user behavior and experience

• Collaborating with the wider Muffle team on reporting and analysis
  

Requirements:

• 2-3 years minimum experience working with data

• Familiarity with SEO, PPC and other areas of digital marketing

• General knowledge of the ecommerce landscape

• Comprehensive Microsoft Excel skills

• Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager desirable

• Experience with CRM systems desirable

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
