Position Title: Virtual Lawyer

Salary Grade: 100,000 - 120,000 Peso / month

Reports To: Client & Client Advisor

Primary Relationships: Client Team

Date: March 2023

Schedule: 3:00 PM - 12:00 AM PHT Time

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate non-disclosure agreements and brokerage agreements
• Draft, review and negotiate various contract relating to property management, construction, and architecture
• Draft commercial lease agreements and purchase and sale agreements for review and revision by supervising attorney
• Assist in the performance of due diligence for real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings and coordination of the closing thereof
• Track transaction tasks, parties, and key dates, and communicate progress to the team as issues and tasks are resolved
• Carry out related responsibilities as company needs dictate
• Communicate regularly with our company officers to achieve established goals for each property under management or development
  

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Laws.
• Licensed to practice law from the Integrated Bar of the Philippines.
• Minimum 4 years experience as a transactional commercial real estate attorney
• Exceptional drafting, proof-reading, and communication skills
• Excellent organizational, time-management, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to exercise sound, independent judgment, and take initiative to accomplish objectives in a timely manner with moderate supervision
• Great attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Communicate effectively and professionally with members of BDG legal department
• True team player
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
