Operations Manager (Sales)

Position Title: Sales Manager

Salary: 90,000 PHP monthly

Reports To: Client, Client Advisor

Primary Relationship: Client Team

Date: May 2023

Schedule: 9PM to 6AM PHT

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives
• Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, including setting performance goals, coaching, and mentoring
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and accounts
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure achievement of sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capitalize on them
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and preferences
• Manage and maintain accurate sales records and reports
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective sales and customer service

Requirements:

• Must have sales experience
• Must have BPO experience
• Must be proficient in using a CRM
• Must be proficient in written and verbal English
• Must have previous experience in managing teams
• Must be available to travel to the UK for training
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
