Position Title: Graphic Designer

Work Set Up: On-site

Schedule: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PH Time

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to produce factory-ready digital artwork that meets brand and client standards. You will collaborate with Sales to create and adjust logos, layouts, and templates, and support marketing with image editing and design updates. This role requires strong Adobe Illustrator skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

What Youll Do:

• Design and deliver digital artwork using Adobe Illustrator

• Adjust customer-supplied logos and layouts for production

• Support marketing with templates, image edits, and layouts

• Collaborate with Sales to meet client specifications

• Ensure accuracy and quality on all projects under tight deadlines

• Communicate with teams via phone, email, and chat

• Follow brand standards and apply continuous improvement

What Were Looking For:

• Associate degree in Graphic Design or related field

• 2-4 years of design/production experience preferred

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator; Photoshop and InDesign are a plus

• Strong layout, typography, and visual composition skills

• CAS certification (or willingness to obtain); CIP preferred

• Excellent attention to detail and time management

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
