Quick Rundown:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Specialist to support our Compliance and Task Force teams. This role is focused on auditing work records and sales activity, using Salesforce and Excel to ensure accurate client and project data. The ideal candidate is patient, collaborative, and skilled in organizing and managing data.
What Youll Do:
Conduct weekly audits of work records by checking Salesforce for active clients and any data discrepancies
Review and verify completion of tasks submitted by local market admins
Perform monthly sales audits to ensure all client accounts show valid activity
Communicate with regional administrators via Microsoft Teams and email to follow up on incomplete tasks or needed corrections
Use Microsoft Excel for data entry, filtering, organizing information, and creating links between data points
Prepare summaries of audit results and update internal records
Attend weekly one-on-one meetings and occasional team meetings
Collaborate with the Compliance and Task Force teams to ensure overall accuracy and process integrity
What Were Looking For:
Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Patient, polite, and effective in written communication
Able to work independently and meet regular deadlines
Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a distributed team
