Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Compliance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling Finance Compliance documents required for client appointments, including loan applications, summaries, fact finds, and loan comparisons. The role involves using aggregator software for document compilation, data entry of client details into multiple lenders and loan systems, and the completion and submission of loan applications/information to lenders. Additionally, the Finance Compliance Officer will be responsible for uploading all client information and relevant paperwork into databases within required timeframes, assisting with general administration duties to support finance managers, and following up on loan applications, valuation reports, and mortgage documents to ensure completion on time. The role also includes assisting with Customer Service Loan enquiries from clients, liaising with lenders, and supporting construction processes with lenders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compile Finance Compliance documents for client appointments

• Work with a team in Clark and Australia

• Use aggregator software for document compilation

• Enter client details into multiple lenders and loan systems

• Complete and submit loan applications/information to lenders

• Upload client information and relevant paperwork into databases within required timeframes

• Assist finance managers with day-to-day files

• Follow up on loan applications, valuation reports, and mortgage documents

• Assist with Customer Service Loan enquiries from clients

• Liaise with lenders and assist with construction processes

Experience and Qualifications:

• Graduate of any Business-related course

• 2+ years of experience in a similar field

• Preferably with some experience with Australian Lenders

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong independent research ability
