Position Title: Spanish Bilingual Accounts Receivable

Salary Grade: $13 - $15 per Hour

Reports To: Account Manager, Manager

Primary Relationships: Partner Staff

Date: September 2023

Schedule: 9 AM to 6 PM EST
Work Set up: WFH

Background:

As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring the prompt collection of outstanding invoices and maintaining positive relationships with our valued clients. You will play a critical role in safeguarding the financial health of our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Enter and post monthly receivable payments

• Review monthly accounts for accuracy

• Make adjustments to accounts as needed.

• Make outgoing calls to customers regarding outstanding balances

• Receive calls from customers regarding their account

• Prepare, verify and upload invoice statements

• Respond to and follow up on customer inquiries in a timely fashion.

• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum three (3) year experience in the field of accounting

• Sage 100 Experience

• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)

• General accounting experience in accounts receivable.

• General understanding of General Ledger and journal entries.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers.

• Detail and deadline oriented
