Quick Rundown:

Responsible for processing orders, creating and editing artwork, and maintaining brand consistency across projects. Tasks include managing order accuracy, coordinating shipments, and assisting with marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional material creation. Additional duties involve customer support, inventory management, and ensuring quality control throughout all processes.


What You'll Do:

  • Create quotations, purchase orders, and send artwork to vendors.
  • Accurately and efficiently process incoming orders using order management systems.
  • Verify order details before shipment to minimize errors and returns.
  • Provide customers with order status, tracking information, and invoices.
  • Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage orders effectively through order management systems and CRM software.
  • Retouch and edit images as needed to meet project requirements.
  • Support marketing campaigns by managing social media posts, tracking campaign performance, and assisting in the creation of promotional content such as brochures and digital assets.
  • Professionally handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.


What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience in order management or a similar role, ideally within the apparel decoration industry. 
  • Knowledgeable in creating quotations and processing orders efficiently. 
  • Experience using order management systems and CRM software.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software such as Adobe Suite or Corel Draw is a plus.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Able to prioritize critical tasks and excel in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
