Position Title: Financial Pricing Analyst

Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor

Primary Relationships: Partner Team

Schedule: 8:00 PM TO 5:00 AM PH Time

Position Overview:

Manage price requests and quotations for Product Development, Sales, and Marketing departments to ensure competitive pricing and compliance with international trade regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Price Quotations: Review and maintain accurate quotes from China and India. Optimize freight costs and update USD conversion rates. Collaborate with teams to finalize quotations and summarize for clarity

  • Price Analysis: Calculate gross margins by product and customer. Track costs against benchmarks, propose cost-saving measures, and present findings to senior management

  • Cost Maintenance: Manage Pricing Tracker, analyze inputs, and ensure data integrity in pricing templates. Support Engineering and eCommerce teams with pricing analysis

  • Pricing Database: Maintain updated pricing inputs across departments. Manage packaging cost estimates and implement pricing structure changes

  • Duties / Customs: Prepare customs documents, monitor ERP system for accuracy, and resolve clearance issues promptly.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Process price requests, validate and analyze supplier quotes

  • Maintain and update the price file with the latest information and perform regular analyses

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure pricing data integrity and alignment with business goals



Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Math or related discipline or its equivalent is required

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience

  • Proficiency in SAP or any ERP system is preferred

  • Strong Excel skills, including advanced functions and data manipulation

  • Attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies in data

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex pricing information

  • Ability to adapt to changing regulations and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in customs clearance software and Microsoft Office suite

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
