  • Designing and implementing effective marketing strategies to sell new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones
  • Contacting potential clients and creating rapport by networking, cold calling.
  • Appraising the wishes and demands of business or individual customers and selling the suitable protection plans
  • Reach and exceed predefined sales and customer service standards.
  • Create hot leads, sell, cross-sell and offer predetermined items/specials using sales techniques to maximize every sales opportunity.
  • Retain a defined percentage of the existing customer base.
  • Obtain referrals from the current customer base and promptly reach out to these potential customers to secure additional business.
  • Follow-up on quotes, samples, orders, and ancillary lists generated in a timely and professional manner to exceed customer expectations and grow sales.
  • E-mail art and payment information on orders and any other pertinent information needed to process orders immediately to the Customer Care Specialist.
  • Provide complete, accurate, and detailed order information for assigned Customer Care Specialist and request assistance needed to provide outstanding service to meet the needs of every customer.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Technical Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder preferred

  • Superb English (written and verbal)

  • Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Requires two years of successful telephone sales experience and work within a call center environment where high call production is a standard.
  • Communication and negotiation skills

  • Ability to build rapport

  • Time management and planning skills

  • Can work independently and or in a team environment

  • Proven sales experience
