  • Acquisition, configuration and monitoring of software and hardware endpoints
  • New employee endpoint equipment set-up
  • IT Service Desk response as well as oversight
  • Monitors and performs network security
  • Manage Resources, Policies and Access on the Google Cloud Platform
  • Google Workspace Administration
  • Implement Cloud Security Best Practices and Monitoring
  • Linux Server Administration
  • Identity Aware Proxy Administration
  • Ensures all software updates are current and completed
  • Access Controls for internal and external user accounts
  • Works in conjunction with corporate compliance to implement Client's system policies
  • Works with various client functional areas to assist as needed with projects and proposals to meet and exceed both client and company goals
  • Accountable to ensure that operations staff has the technical resources at hand to operate efficiently and effectively
  • Independently manage multiple concurrent requests
  • Act as primary contact for any IT related requests and/or issues
  • Responsible for website and intranet monitoring and maintenance
  • Supervise staff as needed and delegate assignments to ensure expectations, internal and external deliverables and program timelines are being met


  • At least 1 year professional IT administration experience in the technology field
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities to effectively to manage many systems across many platforms
  • Ability to quickly learn, analyze, understand and convey complex information
  • Proactive, highly motivated and deadline driven
  • Excellent interpersonal and rapport building skills with ability to quickly engage and build strong relationships
  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology or equivalent business experience
  • Expert knowledge of telecom, reporting, and Web/Internet technologies Bachelor's degree in
