Position Tile: Embroidery Digitizer

Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 PHP monthly

Reports To: Client, Account Manager

Primary Relationships: Client Team

Date: April 2023

Schedule: 6AM-3PM PHT

Responsibilities:

Convert customer designs into digitized embroidery files using specialized software
Create and edit designs based on customer specifications and artwork
Adjust and optimize design elements to ensure high-quality stitching and production efficiency
Communicate with customers and other team members to ensure accurate and timely delivery of digitized designs
Maintain accurate records of design files and customer information
Collaborate with sales and production teams to prioritize and schedule digitizing orders
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge of embroidery digitizing techniques and software
Provide exceptional customer service and communication to ensure customer satisfaction
Work closely with production staff to ensure design specifications are met during

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in embroidery digitizing.
Proficient in industry-standard embroidery software
Knowledge of embroidery machines and their capabilities.
Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and precise digitized designs.
Creativity in design and layout.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Familiarity with industry standards embroidery formats.
Degree or diploma in textile design or related fields is advantageous.
