Position Title: CAD Operator

Salary: 45,000 - 55,000 PHP monthly

Reports To: Client, Client Advisor

Primary Relationships: Client Team

Date: April 2023

Schedule: 12:00AM to 9:00 AM PH Time

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will work under the architectural designer to generate 2D and 3D schematic designs using CAD or Revit software, conduct drafting of construction drawings & submission to the local agencies and help with corrections as needed. The ideal candidate should be able to wear multiple hats when it comes to drafting, being capable of filling in any gaps in the process, including but not limited to 2D and 3D design, presentation drawings, and making necessary corrections.


Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly review and adjust schematic and construction drawings as directed

  • Utilize CAD or Revit software when building 2D and 3D designs

  • Keep designer informed of progress for a productive process in creating building drawings
  • Provide assistance in submitting plans and proposals to regional organizations
  • Maintain communication with team members throughout the plan check process

  • Offer support with presentation drawings and rendering


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with CAD and Revit software

  • Has the capacity to learn new ideas and software quickly

  • Proficient with the rendering program Lumion

  • Able to manage numerous little projects while being organized

  • Preferably with experience in US residential construction methods

  • Drafting experience of at least 4 years, including 2 years in residential construction

  • Two-year minimum education, preferably in architecture

  • Knowledge of the changing requirements for drafting and architectural technology
