Position Title: Outbound Sales Consultant (German Bilingual)

Salary: 100,000 PHP to 150,000 PHP

Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor

Primary Relationships: Partner Staff

Date: January 2024

Schedule: 4 PM to 1 AM PHT

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients in the German-speaking market

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services

  • Set up appointments and meetings for the sales team with qualified leads

  • Manage and organize the appointment calendar efficiently

  • Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and requirements of potential clients

  • Qualify leads based on established criteria before scheduling appointments

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in the CRM system

  • Continuously update the database with relevant information

  • Work closely with the sales team to align strategies and goals

  • Provide feedback on market trends and client preferences

Requirements:

  • Work with the right attitude and identification

  • Application of the script for communication with the customer

  • Use the guidelines for handling objections

  • Make calls with commitment and passion

  • Fluent in German with excellent oral skills

  • Experience in outbound sales or telemarketing

  • Ability to work independently, effectively manage time, and work goal-oriented. The goal is to make 200 calls / 2 appointments per day

  • Willingness to contribute to the overall success of the company

  • Core working hours, including breaks, are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. according to German time




Tasks:

  • Make outbound calls to people from a provided call list to introduce Compivents services

  • Use the provided script to conduct interviews and communicate the benefits of government grants and benefits to qualified individuals

  • Identify potential customers through a needs analysis and check their suitability using predefined criteria

  • Schedule appointments for our consultants with interested and eligible prospects

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and appointments using our designated systems

  • Work closely with sales to ensure a smooth schedule
