Job Openings Settlement Negotiator

Position Title: Settlement Negotiator

Salary: 30,000 - 40,000 PHP monthly

Reports To: Client, Client Advisor

Primary Relationship: Client Team

Date: May 2023

Schedule: 12:00 AM to 9:00 AM PHT

Responsibilities:

Initiate calls to banks, credit card companies, and collection agencies to negotiate debt settlements on behalf of our clients
Maintain detailed call records and provide regular updates to clients regarding the progress of their negotiations through email and text communications
Utilize our proprietary CRM software to present settlement offers received to clients in a clear and organized manner
Address client inquiries and ensure their understanding of the terms and conditions of the settlement offers presented
Research and gather information about creditors' settlement policies to enhance the efficiency of future negotiations

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in an office environment.
Proficiency in handling high-volume phone-based tasks, spending approximately 6-7 hours on the phone daily
Possess charm, persuasiveness, and persistence to negotiate the most favorable settlement offers for our clients.
Effective and clear communication skills, both verbally and in written form, via phone, text, and email.
Display creative problem-solving abilities and resilience in the face of rejection or setbacks.
Willingness to seek assistance when necessary and collaborate with colleagues.
Comfortable with technology and open to learning new software systems that enhance negotiation capabilities.
Demonstrated intelligence, resourcefulness, and drive in previous roles.
Unquestionable integrity and commitment to ethical practices.
