Position Title: Technical Support Representative (GoHighLevel)

Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 PHP a month

Reports To: Partner, Partner Advisor

Primary Relationships: Partner Team

Schedule: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM PHT



Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support by promptly addressing support tickets regarding resolving billing issues, login resets and platform access, processing refunds, and other support issues as they occur.

  • Customer Support Documentation: Create Macros for fast replies along with a database of FAQs that a customer may refer to that will allow them to resolve their issue on their own.

  • Client Calls: Conduct zoom calls with clients to offer personalized assistance and guidance when necessary.

  • Community Management: Manage the community by answering questions, adding/removing customers, and directing people to relevant courses and lessons.

  • Automation Assistance: Assist customers in setting up and optimizing their automations within the Go High Level platform.

  • Agency Configurations: Configure Agency Level settings, including Navigation Menus, and other business settings.

  • Video Tutorials: Create quick loom videos to provide visual support and explanations to customers.

  • Platform Issue Resolution: Collaborate with the High Level Support team to resolve platform issues and ensure smooth operation.

  • Consultative Solutions: Offer consultative support by not only troubleshooting issues but also providing tailored solutions based on individual customer needs.

  • Internal Campaign Management: Set up and manage marketing funnels, automation, and campaigns within GoHighLevel for the company's internal use to optimize performance and demonstrate platform capabilities.

  • Conversational AI Support: Utilize knowledge of Conversational AI to help customers configure and run their bots effectively (prior experience with Conversational AI is a significant advantage).

  • Ad Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and assist customers with running ads on Facebook using Plai Ads (familiarity with Plai is beneficial but not required).

  • Process Documentation: Document your role and processes thoroughly as they expand and evolve to maintain accurate records and facilitate knowledge sharing.
