Position Title: Virtual Nurse

Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 PHP Monthly

Reports To: Account Manager, Client

Primary Relationships: Client, Providers, and Patients

Date: July 2023

Schedule: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHT

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and redirect callers to the appropriate destination
Record caller information, including phone number, name, and messages as required
Provide callers with relevant information, including frequently asked questions (FAQs) related to medical or nursing inquiries
Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with callers
Demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and the ability to take initiative and ownership
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work
Utilize excellent written and spoken English language skills
Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks accordingly
Exhibit strong organizational and task management skills
Work independently with a meticulous approach to tasks
Proficient in using MS Office and Google Suite for various administrative tasks
Display proactive behavior and show initiative in problem-solving

Qualifications:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a BPO setting or an equivalent role in the medical field
Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative is helpful but not required
Bachelor's degree in Medical or Nursing is required
Must be a Registered Nurse
Possess an excellent attitude and demonstrate flexibility and reliability
Ability to take initiative and assume responsibility for assigned tasks
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work products
Strong English language skills, both written and verbal
Good time management and task management abilities
Notable organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently and maintain meticulousness
Proficiency in using MS Office and Google Suite
Able to demonstrate initiative in problem-solving
