Quick Rundown:
As a Marketing Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day quality control of marketing outputs as well as assisting the Marketing Director in reports formulation and standardization, as well as tracking marketing deliverables and media press releases for brand awareness, engagement and supporting sales acquisition efforts. You will work cross functionally with Sales, Service Delivery, Leads Generation Team, Partner Development and other departments to ensure alignment with the department’s objectives and KPIs. This role is reporting directly to the Marketing Director.
What You'll Do:
Planning and Strategy:
Develop and implement marketing plans: This includes setting goals, targeting industry-specific audiences, and creating effective marketing communications campaigns
Conduct market research: Identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and arrive at a data-driven recommendation
Competitor analysis: Stay abreast about competitor strategies and adjust plans accordingly
Implementation and Execution:
Oversee marketing campaigns: Ensure quality control on executing marketing campaigns effectively and efficiently in a timely manner
Manage marketing projects: Organize tasks, track progress, and ensure smooth project execution
Collaborate with the other departments: Work closely with sales, service delivery, leads generation, partner development and other teams for alignment of goals
Create and manage marketing materials: Develop content, design visuals, and ensure consistency across all marketing media and channel mix
Analysis and Optimization:
Analyze marketing data: Track campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions
Monitor ROI (Return-on-Investment): Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and ensure alignment with overall marketing and business objectives
Report on marketing performance: Provide regular reports to management and stakeholders
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead and supervise marketing team: Provide guidance, support, and training to team members
Motivate and inspire the team: Foster a positive and productive work environment
Participate in recruiting and onboarding: Help build a strong and skilled marketing team
Provide performance feedback and evaluations: Assess team member performance and identify development needs
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor Degree holder in Marketing, Media, Communications Arts or Liberal Arts
A minimum of 5 years in Marketing, Media, Public Relations or Corporate
Excellent English language skills (written and verbal)
Good time management and task management skills
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite
Solid analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient computer and technical skills
Able to demonstrate initiative
Attention to detail
