Position Title: BIM Modeler

Classification: Associate

Salary Grade: 30,000 - 35, 000 Pesos / month

Reports To: Manager

Primary Relationships: Client Team

Date: February 2023

Schedule : 10AM - 7PM PHT

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with the design team to incorporate M&E services into structural designs.
• Performs quality checking of drawings produced to comply with clients quality standards.
  

• Ensure that all floating elements have been resolved.

• Make sure that all unnecessary items & elements have been removed from the model.
• Identify and resolve clashes during coordination or identify for further discussion with the Client.
• Be able to maintain and develop libraries for efficient consistency in the modeling process.

• Meet required deadlines.

• Willing to learn and trainable Good in oral and written communications.

• Can start immediately.
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience as a BIM Modeler.

• Must be proficient with at least one of the following:

• Revit

• BIM 360

• Navisworks

• Good Coordination skills within all disciplines of MEP.
