Position Title: Wealth Administrator

Salary Grade: 25,000 PHP a month

Reports To: Manager

Primary Relationships: Client Team

Date: May 2023

Schedule : 7AM to 4PM PHT


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the timely completion of assigned tasks related to client records, including data entry and documentation management
  • Maintain direct contact with clients via email or phone, promptly addressing their inquiries and providing assistance as needed
  • Coordinate oral and written communications, including drafting and proofreading client-related documents and correspondence
  • Prepare quarterly client portfolio reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established guidelines
  • Verify the accuracy of information contained in client reports, cross-referencing data and conducting quality checks
  • Assist in the preparation of account applications and general account maintenance processes
  • Support the portfolio rebalancing process, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Contribute to the completion of special projects, as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Previous office administration experience is required, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of client records and reports
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Comfortable with general office operations, including electronic correspondence, filing, and utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
  • Familiarity with contacting Australian superannuation and insurance companies is preferred
  • Superb time management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • Graduation from a Business-related Administration course is required
  • Preferably, 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
