Position Title: Client Services Liaison

Salary Grade: 25,000 PHP a month

Reports To: Manager

Primary Relationships: Client Team

Date: May 2023

Schedule : 7AM to 4PM PHT


  • Collaborate with Client Services Managers to facilitate client reviews, discussing changes in client circumstances and assessing potential opportunities based on prepared high-level summaries
  • Build summaries of client positions, history, and future financial capacity, capturing relevant information from investment portfolios over the past year
  • Thoroughly analyze, summarize, and update client files on an ongoing basis, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
  • Prepare high-level summaries (HLS) in accordance with the review process, providing concise and comprehensive overviews of client financial status
  • Utilize templates to prepare PowerPoint presentations for annual reviews with clients, ensuring professional and visually appealing content
  • Generate review letters for clients using predefined templates, tailoring them to reflect individual circumstances and outcomes
  • Liaise with Client Service Managers to schedule review meetings, coordinating via Microsoft Teams or at our Future Assist Offices in Australia
  • Maintain accurate and professional records of client details, interactions, and documents in Salesforce, file notes, and shared drives
  • Perform other assigned duties as required to support the Client Services team


  • Graduation from a Business-related Administration course is required
  • Preferably, 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency in client services and administrative tasks
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in analyzing and summarizing client information
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with clients and internal teams
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, for maintaining client records
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
