Quick Rundown:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our client’s growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing and qualifying leads, managing CRM systems, and supporting overall sales initiatives through data-driven outreach and organization.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using CRM tools and automated dialing systems
Perform data mining activities to build and enrich lead lists from multiple online sources, directories, and databases
Qualify leads by asking pre-scripted questions to assess their needs and interest in our client’s services
Schedule qualified appointments for the client’s sales representatives, ensuring a seamless handoff
Implement, update, and manage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar) to ensure all lead data is accurate, current, and properly categorized
Track call activity, lead statuses, and follow-up notes in the CRM system
Manage callbacks and follow-up reminders to maximize lead engagement
Ensure data hygiene within the CRM by regularly cleaning, deduplicating, and tagging contacts appropriately
Provide a positive and professional first impression, setting the tone for future interactions
Attend regular training sessions to continuously improve skills, product knowledge, and lead generation techniques
Handle basic customer inquiries and efficiently route them to the appropriate client team member if needed
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent English communication skills with a neutral accent
Personable, friendly, and engaging phone demeanor
Tech-savvy and experienced in CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar), including basic setup and ongoing management
Strong research and data mining skills using online tools and platforms
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow scripts while adapting naturally to conversations
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Willingness to receive feedback and continuously improve
Basic understanding of the client’s industry or willingness to learn through training
