Salary Grade: 13,00015,000 Peso / month
Reports To: IT Manager
Primary Relationships: Internal (IT Team, Other Departments)
Schedule: 24/7 (Shift schedule to be determined based on departmental needs)
Quick Rundown:
The Administrative Assistant for the IT Department provides essential clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role acts as the central point of coordination for documentation, scheduling, communication, and procurement-related tasks within the department. The Admin Assistant works closely with the IT Manager and team members to assist in project tracking, inventory monitoring, and internal service coordination.
What You'll Do:
Coordinate and manage departmental schedules, appointments, and meetings
Prepare, organize, and maintain IT documents, reports, and databases
Track and maintain IT inventory, including hardware, software licenses, and supplies
Assist with procurement processes, including request forms, vendor coordination, and follow-ups
Facilitate internal communications between the IT department and other business units
Monitor IT support tickets and ensure timely follow-up and documentation
Help in the preparation of presentations, reports, and training materials
Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in all administrative functions
Perform other administrative duties as required by the IT Manager
What Were Looking For:
Graduate of any 2 or 4 year course in Office Administration, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role; prior work in an IT setting is a plus
Basic understanding of IT systems, terms, and equipment (e.g., printers, laptops, software tools)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic file management
Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, JIRA) is an advantage
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Willingness to work on rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
