Salary Grade: 60,000 -80,000 Peso / month

Background:

As an Outbound Sales Representative, it’s your job to explore the sales procedure in order to bring the client to closing. You’re the first step in the prospecting process, and sales teams rely on your persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding potential customers. Your primary tool is usually the telephone, though you will also follow up on potential new business via text and email.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for identifying sales opportunities using provided warm leads from a variety of social media and marketing campaigns

• Call new leads derived from lists and other source

• Responsible for qualifying potential prospects as worthy of follow up or not

• Must build the sales prospect pipeline using CRM

• Has strong attention to detail and able to multi-task / work on multiple and simultaneous projects

• Able to work autonomously

• Set appointments for Business Development Sales Manager or Director of Business Development for program discussion and ultimate goal of closing qualified leads

Requirements:

• Preferably with proven B2B Outbound Sales experience

• Sound business judgment, integrity and commitment to excellence

• Excellent verbal and written communication

• A positive, persistent, and professional can-do attitude

• Professional and able to connect/make a great impression on the first call

• Handle rejection well; move on to the next call quickly

• Fast learner who can adapt to change (must know how to figure things out)

• Competitive dialer who also has a team attitude

• Previous lead generation and sales experience

• Basic knowledge of business development
